                           Born and raised in New York City Veltis Angel (Veltis Harrattan) came from meager
                           financial means.  However her household upbringing was enrichng and resourceful
                           which developed a very creative mind.  Professionally, she has been a fundraiser &
                           database specialist for educational institutions in the US, Europe, and the Middle East.

                           She found her true passion in social networking.  After building a noticeably strong
                           network of friends and associates, in 2004 she was asked to publicize events catering
                           to the film, fashion, media, fundraising, and corporate communities on a networking
                           and recreational capacity.  It spearheaded the idea to create Angel In The City.com,
                           an event and lifestyle guide to New York City, thusly putting Veltis on the map as the
                           New York City’s Lifestyle Guru. 

Now in 2009, Veltis is using her internet marketing skills to help others professionally, promote events, and continues her work to provide current helpful information to New Yorkers and visitors to the city.
